of the fine fiber about 2-3D and formed with the small point
in the surface by the thermo-melt spunbond way, the finished
products of the PP spunbonded non-woven fabrics has the
character of the moderate softness and comfortable feeling. |

Water
Repellent & Air Permeability
|
The
Polypropylene can not absorbing the water, and the rate
of water-absorbing is 0 practically. The non-wovens is made
of 100% hydrophobic PolyPropylene fibers, and is manufactured
with the even small holes in its surface. So it has the
excellent function of the water repellent and air permeability.
As a result, it is easy to keep the non-woven fabrics dry. |

& non-odor

It
is approved to use the raw material of the Polypropylene
for the food packaging in accordance with the FDA regulations.
Spunbonded with the thermo-melt way, the Non-wovens don’t
contain the other chemicals. It belongs to the non-toxic
and non-odor material. So it can’t bring the allergy to
our skin. |

Chemical
Resistance
|
The
dull chemical component of PolyPropylene fiber has the excellent
chemical resistance from corrosion, so the physical properties
will not be influenced by any other chemicals and solvents.

The
excellent water repellent non-wovens can get rid of the
musty material. It also can isolate any moths and bateria
in the liquid. |

Excellent
Physical Properties
|
The
Polypropylene Fiber is entangled to form the cotton net
by the air-turbulence at the high speed, then it is reinforced
by the thermo-melt spunbond way. The strength of the polypropylene
spunbonded filamentary non-woven fabrics is more excellent
than that of the product made of the normal short fiber.
And the strength is non-direction, the strength in the vertical
direction is negligible as that in the horizontal direction. |

Easy
to Process
|
The
PolyPropylene Fiber belongs to the thermoplastic PolyPropylene,
and the strength of the material is very excellent. The
non-woven fabrics can be processed not only in the common
knitting machine, but also through the ultrasonic thermo-melted
sawing and welding way. Since the meltpoint of the Polypropylene
is only 165℃, and it is easy to contract with the heat,
the processing temperature should not exceed 120℃ in order
to prevent from the melting. |
